Ironwood Ranch is looking to add another member to our team!

5 days a week (Sunday-Thurs), 7:30-5:30 competitive pay, working alongside our incredible Farm Manager.

Must have some horse experience, be VERY detail oriented, work efficiently and be willing to travel to competitions as needed. The right candidate takes pride in his/her work, is honest and reliable, and is looking for a position with the opportunity for growth (and increased pay, bonuses, benefits, responsibility etc). References will be checked.

We have a competition string of generally 3-7 horses with 15-20 horses on site at home. Housing is not provided but we are happy to assist you in the housing search in Lompoc and surrounding areas. We travel to competitions 1-2 times a month spring-fall.
