Duties include
-riding/training client horses on the flat as well as over fences 
-teaching beginners through advanced hunter/jumper with strong emphasis in equitation
-organization of barn daily including blankets, tack, grooming supplies, etc.
-tacking and untacking of training horses
-cleaning and conditioning tack daily
- setting courses and jumps
-packing and unpacking for shows
-dealing with customers on a daily basis in a professional and polite manner 

- some show opportunities for qualified individuals 

-overseeing daily operations at home and on the road
