Stal Wilten has its roots with extremely talented and dedicated horsemen. Paul Wilten, Roy’s father, previously started and managed a 5-star riding stable in Zwolle. From this launching point, Paul and his family realized their dream of focusing their business on buying, training, and selling sport horses on the Nieuwleusen-based farm that Stal Wilten currently occupies. The Wilten family deeply cares for the horses they train and sell; you’ll often find one or more of them in the stables at all hours of the day to ensure  the health and safety of their horses. The horses at Stal Wilten really do become part of the family.

After arriving in the Netherlands, we will pick you up from the airport and bring you through our beautiful country to our farm in Nieuwleusen that’s just over an hour out of Amsterdam. Once you touch down in Schipol, you're part of the family; we have accommodation on the farm for up to 4 people. Whether we’re on the road looking for horses or in the boats of Giethoorn, there’s always a Dutch experience to be had. Even in our riding arena, we have traditional Dutch clogs and a giant Dutch windmill.
