Branscomb Farm offers  internships under the supervision of Daniel Zilla on a large commercial breeding farm.  Interns learn about breeding, raising up foals, and participate in training and develop young (3-5 years of age)  warmblood prospects for the jumper and dressage markets.  For serious riders interesting in commercial breeding operations or wanting to develop from the beginning their own youngsters to the top levels of their sport.  Housing, meals, and regular lessons included.  The program is well established and there is an application process including speaking with past alumni that is required.  But if accepted,  the opportunity to learn is outstanding.  Please contact Branscomb Farm for the application and sample contract.
