ProEquest Jump of the Week: The HITS Thermal Edition

The ProEquest Jump of the Week is back! Our second edition comes from the West Coast - this time from Sunday's $50,000 Tuff Rider/Equine Couture Grand Prix at HITS Thermal.

This week, we are looking at the oxer at the end of a triple combination. Jump 11ABC featured a vertical-vertical-oxer combination of two strides followed by one stride. Coming later in the course, when the horses had already galloped around the large grand prix arena over many big fences, several horses were weak coming in, and had to make spectacular efforts to attempt to clear the final oxer.
